Self love is caring about yourself. This is not being self-absorbed. It’s careful attention to the mind, body, and spiritual needs. It’s about caring for yourself with a healthy diet, proper rest, social activities, and the ability to make effective choices in your life. It is especially never placing your life in an unhealthy social situation. Self love is about self regard and self esteem. It’s about being your own best friend. It’s defining who you are and developing your true self to the highest level.
